Water and skin: SKIN DRINK MENU

Today I will talk about water and skin. I guess we all have heard so many times that we should drink at least 3 liters of water in a day , because your body needs , that it is not dehydrated . However, But usually we don't drink even 1 liter.
For New Year's vow I decide to drink 3 liters of water per day. Why? When I read an article about a woman who daily drank 3 liters of water and showed remarkable results, how it look much younger and fresher and feel much better and lost headaches and stabilized problems etc.

So now it is month and a half that I every day drink 3 liters of water. I'm sorry because I didn't make photos of my skin at the beginning and now that the results are already  visible and all my friends noticed it and they ask me all the time what I'm doing with my skin.

How was my skin look before? I have a mixed type of skin and especially in winter I have problems with care because in addition to oily and acne-prone parts of my skin I have really dry parts in the way it is flaky and urgently needs a greasy cream, which cause new acne. And so I constantly rotates in a circle with bad skin.

After drinking the water? My normal skin routine is not excessively changed (more about my skin routine in the next post) only that I started using a new cream that is much more oily than I usually have. Now I use cocoa butter, and as you would expect would be a new outbreak of acne on the skin. However the result is completely different. Now I can say that my skin is finally clean and free of acne, also no longer dry area of skin. Face really looks much fresher and shinier. And I can say that I do not use more powder to conceal minor imperfections. I can only say that I am impressed with the results, which is merely a consequence of drinking water.!

So girls if you want to have a fresh and glowing skin without imperfections and all the other positive effects on the body, drink at least 3 liters of water per day. At the beginning it is very difficult, but you just need that you and your body get used! For help to get started I recommend that you do the same that shows you the image. But if you will immediately decided to drink 3 liters of water per day, take a bottle for easier control during the day to see how much you drink.

Danes bom govorila o vodi in koži. Verjetno smo vsi že neštetokrat slišali, da moramo na dan popiti vsaj 3 litre vode, saj toliko potrebuje naše telo, da ni dehidrirano. Vendar mislim, da nas je kar večina takih ki ne popije niti 1 liter vode na dan.
Sama sem si za letošnjo novoletno zaobljubo zadala, da na dan popijem 3 litre vode. Zakaj?  Ko sem prebrala članek o neki ženski, ki je vsak dan popila 3 litre vode in pokazala izjemne rezultate kako je bila na njeni fotografiji prej in potem videti veliko mlajša in bolj sveža poleg svežine na obrazu pa se je sama počutila veliko bolje in izgubila glavobole in ustale težave itd. 

Tako sedaj že en mesec in pol tudi sama vsak dan popijem 3 litre vode. Žal mi je ker nisem naredila fotografije moje kože na začetku in sedaj, ko so rezultati že zelo dobro vidni in jih opazijo tudi vse prijateljice, ki jih zanima kaj počnem s svojo kožo.

Kašna je bila moja koža prej? Sama imam mešani tip kože in zlasti pozimi imam težave z nego kajti poleg mastnih in aknastih predelov se mi koža tako močno suši, da se lušči in nujno potrebuje mastno kremo, katera pa mi ne naredi ravno veliko usluge ampak povzroči nove akne. In tako se neprestano vrtim v krogu.

Po pitju vode? Moja običajna nega kože se ni pretirano spremenila (več o tem v naslednji objavi) le, da sem pričela uporabljati novo kremo, ki pa je veliko bolj mastna od tistih ,ki sem jih običajno imela. Sedaj si mažem obraz z kakavovim maslom in kot bi pričakovala bi bil novi izbruh aken na koži. Vendar je rezultat popolnoma drugačen. Sedaj lahko rečem, da je moja koža končno čista in brez aken , prav tako ni več sledi luščečih se predelov kože. In obraz resnično zgleda veliko bolj svež in sijoč. In lahko rečem, da pudra ne uporabljam več za prikritje manjših nepravilnosti na koži. Lahko rečem le, da sem navdušena nad rezultatom, ki pa je zgolj posledica pitja vode.! 

Torej dekleta če želite imeti svežo in sijočo kožo brez nepravilnosti in še vseh ostalih pozitivnih učinkov na telesu, popijte vsaj 3 litre vode na dan.  Na začetku je zelo težko potem pa se tako telo kot vi navadite! Za lažji začetek pa vam priporočam, da se držite spodnje slike. Če pa se boste takoj odločile piti 3 litre vode si za lažjo kontrolo omislite litersko steklenico, da vidite čez dan koliko morate popiti.

  4. Jaz imam neko aplikacijo, ki določi koliko vode naj spijem glede na mojo težo (blizu 2 litra), tako da je pitje vode že stalnica v mojem življenju, sicer brez kakršnih koli rezultatov, ampak vseeno- za zdravje :)) xx Maja
